Description

11 Mukhi Rudraksha

The Eleven Mukhi Rudraksha is an entirely natural seed of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus, coming from Nepal and distinguished by eleven natural lines that run from its top to bottom. This bead is about 18-25mm in size with a dark brown and solid-looking surface. In terms of rarity, 11 Mukhi beads rank behind 1 through 9 Mukhis.

The Eleven Mukhi Rudraksha can be found in some Vedic scriptures such as the Shiva Purana and the Linga Purana. According to them, it has been linked to the eleven Rudras – eleven manifestations of God Shiva, and to the Hindu god Hanuman, who is known for his bravery, devotion, and strength. Some Vedic literature mentions Eleven Mukhi Rudraksh as having something to do with courage, devotion, and dissolving ego. It is associated with gaining knowledge from experience and right actions.

As jewelry, the Eleven Mukhi Rudraksha is worn as pendants made of gold or sterling silver and is used to create 108 beads mala strings, or is kept in a special place dedicated to worshiping. It is often recommended by followers of Vedic beliefs for those undertaking intensive meditations or tapas practices.

Authenticity of 11 Mukhi Rudraksha is assured by confirming eleven groove lines on the bead under magnification. Every order comes with an authenticating certificate which includes mukhi count and origin of the bead. It can be supplied in loose form or in sterling silver or gold setting.
